WHITE, Valda Grace (nee Edwards) - In Loving Memory of Valda Grace White (nee Edwards), 72 years, Wednesday evening, April 4th, 2012 at the Maison Vale Hospice. Beloved wife of 51 years of Joel “Joe“ White of Lively. Loving mother of Kimberley White (Brent) of Little Penage, Jerrol White (Jamie) of Naughton, Robin White (Jennifer) of Black Lake, and Kyla Rouleau (Steve) of Lively. Cherished grandmother of Meghan, Marcus, Brendan, Nathan, Stephanie, Ian, Ryan and Kendra. Dear Godmother of Jody, David, Kathy and Casey. Dear daughter of Walter and Mable (Beer) Edwards both predeceased. Loving sister of Sandra McBain (Wally), Wayne Edwards (Coleen predeceased, Michelle), George Edwards (Hennriette) and predeceased by Stanley Edwards (Jean predeceased), Cecil Edwards (Marlene predeceased) and baby Dwayne. Valda will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Valda was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Her drive and determination were an inspiration to all. She spent her life giving to others, including helping her children build houses, renovate and landscape. Valda was a nurse at Pioneer Manor taking an early retirement to enjoy life at camp, while painting and gardening. She was passionate about her hobbies, very dedicated to her family and would never say something could not be done. Barnard Chapel JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch St. Sudbury, Monday, April 9th, 2012 at 11:30 A.M. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
