In Loving Memory of Mark Nicholas Yanta (born January 20, 1958).
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mark at Health Sciences North on July 12, 2023, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Mark left us peacefully with his sister Claire and special friend Linda Pacaud by his side.
Predeceased by his wife Marisa Yanta (Romo). Loving son of Amelia (Amy) Yanta and Hubert Yanta (predeceased). Dear brother of Claire Yanta (husband, John Demerse). Mark will be greatly missed by his niece Alina Yanta and great niece Ava Bridson, together with his niece Megan and the entire Romo family from Wanup and area.
Mark was a very dedicated X-Ray Technician for over 30 years at Health Sciences North and was very kind to his patients. Mark enjoyed world travel and his flight simulator hobby.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation with entombment at the Civic cemetery Mausoleum. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
In lie of flowers, donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation or the Maison McCulloch Hospice would be appreciated.
