The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the age of 84 years. Born in Lansdowne, Ontario, Rea was predeceased by her parents Isabelle (née Haskins) and Richard Carl. Loving mother of Sheila Yott Morin (predeceased) (Roger), Jerry Yott, Carol Bradley, Teena Steffler (Rolly) and Brenda Boulard (André). Dear sister of Bessie Haley (late Jimmy), Catherine Birtch (late Garry), Ramona Cirtwill (Bernie) David Carl, Wayne Carl (Mary), Gloria Cassell. Predeceased by her brothers and their wives, Floyd Carl (Susan), Arnold Carl (Rachel) and Leo Carl.

Rea will be greatly missed by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Interment to take place on November 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Union Cemetery in Lansdowne, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations in Rea’s name to the Cancer Treatment Centre, Sudbury or Make a Wish Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Cremation services entrusted to Simple Wishes of the North, Sudbury.
