Sarnia, Ont., police have arrested a suspect in the death of a 26-year-old man.
The Sarnia Police Service says Timothy James Noj, 32, was arrested Tuesday in the death of Luis Enrique Hernandez.
Officers found Hernandez suffering from unspecified injuries at a Sarnia home on Saturday.
Police say he died shortly after arriving at hospital.
The suspect was arrested at a motel Tuesday afternoon.
Police say Noj is facing a second-degree murder charge and was held overnight for a Wednesday bail hearing.
