Charges have been laid against a 27-year-old Greater Sudbury man, stemming from a pipe bomb incident on Poplar Street on Christmas eve and a threatening complaint two days earlier.
The accused is being held in custody, and is facing three charges of breach of probation and a charge each of threatening to cause bodily harm, threatening to damage property, explosive-intent to cause explosion, explosive-intent to cause bodily harm, explosive-intent to cause property damage, make or possess explosive for unlawful purpose, possession of weapons dangerous to public peace, unauthorized possession of a weapon, and possess incendiary device.
