Four drivers were charged with impaired driving following weekend spot checks by Greater Sudbury Police Services.
In total, 431 vehicles were stopped. Aside from the four impaired charges, 11 notices of 12-hour suspensions and 18 Highway Traffic Act violations were issued.
Officers will continue to spot check vehicles in different areas of the city.
Police advise residents not to drink and drive and that as the weather continues to warm, they will start doing spot checks on our local waterways as well.
