The Greater Sudbury Police Service have charged a Sudbury man with one count of aggravated assault following an investigation into a serious attack at a local night club that occurred in the early morning hours Saturday, Oct. 4, 2003.
Two patrons were involved in an altercation outside the bar and the victim, a 32 year old male, suffered extensive facial injuries that will require re-constructive surgery.
Police say Paul Tyne, 25, also assaulted a 26 year old female by punching her in the face, causing minor injuries.
