Police are investigating a robbery at Byrnes Gulf Service Station on Notre Dame St. in Azilda Dec. 15 around 8:30 pm.
According to Greater Sudbury Police, the culprit made off with an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene on foot. Using the K-9 unit, police were able to follow the trail to Regional Rd. 35 where it is believed he entered a waiting vehicle and escaped.
The suspect is described as a man between 180 and 200 pounds and five-foot-eight. He was wearing a blue hooded sweater, black pants, a silver mask and was brandishing an aluminum baseball bat.
