On April 10, the Greater Sudbury Police Service responded to a report that a Toyota Matrix drove through the window of a local business at 1400 Kingsway Blvd.
Upon arrival at approximately 6:50 pm, officers found the vehicle approximately six feet inside the building. There were approximately 15 customers and employees in the business at the time of the crash.
No one was injured in the incident.
The vehicle and the front of the building were extensively damaged, stated a police news release.
It appears the driver of the vehicle was in error. No charges are pending in relation to the accident.
