The Greater Sudbury Police have discontinued their investigation into the financial dealings of former investment broker Liana Beach after her sudden death in Parry Sound late last week.
Beach, a newspaper food columnist, was found in her vehicle in the parking lot of a Parry Sound shopping mall last Thursday evening.
A spokesperson from the Parry Sound OPP detachment said police have ruled out foul play, but a post-mortem was inconclusive about the cause of death.
