The collision scene has been cleared and the highway has been fully reopened, the OPP reported at 10:17 a.m.

Highway 17 is closed in both directions between Verner and Sturgeon Falls after a two-vehicle collision at Gingras Road, according to a tweet sent out by the OPP at 7:54 a.m. Thursday.
