A 32-year-old resident of Warren has been charged with spousal assault and mischief following an Oct. 30 disturbance, said provincial police.
Officers responded to the call at 11:50 p.m. Investigation revealed the accused assaulted the complainant and damaged personal property.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Nov. 13 in Sudbury.
