Garson woman avoided the moose, but hit a pond and had to be rescued

She managed to evade a collision, but her vehicle ended up submerged in a pond as a result

A 37-year-old woman from Garson may have avoided a collision with a moose on Nov. 3, but her evasive action landed her in a pond off Highway 535 near Noelville, said provincial police.*

As the vehicle started to sink into the water, the woman managed to climb onto the roof. She was then rescued by the French River fire department.
