Grow op busted in French River

Members of the Joint Forces Drug Unit dismantled a marajuana growing operation after executing a search warrant at a residence on St. David St. in French River Jan. 18. Police seized marajuana and marajuana plant stems, along with some unknown pills.

Police seized marajuana and marajuana plant stems, along with some unknown pills. Other property associated with the marajuana growing operation was also seized in the residence. 

 A 29-year-old man, a 23-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman have been arrested and charged with a number of drug-related offences.

The Joint Forces Drug Unit consists of members of the Ontario Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Section, Ontario Provincial Police North East Crime Unit, the Greater Sudbury Police Service and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
