Greater Sudbury Police say the incident in the Willow and Alder streets area has been resolved, and the roadway is now open.
An investigation by the GSPS Criminal Investigations Division is continuing.

There is heavy police presence in the areas of Willow and Alder streets this morning.
Greater Sudbury Police said in a tweet shortly after 4 a.m. Wednesday that the public should remain away from the area.
