Levack woman caught breaching her curfew

A 25-year-old woman from Levack was arrested on Aug. 18 in Elliot Lake and charged with breaching her curfew.

The Ontario Provincial Police pulled over a vehicle in Elliot Lake at about 8:30 p.m. The Levack woman, a passenger in the vehicle, was found to be breaching her curfew. She is charged with failing to comply with recognizance.

Furthermore, the driver, a 24-year-old woman from Elliot Lake, was charged for not having insurance on the vehicle.
