On Feb. 20 around 3 pm, a vehicle was spotted in a ditch along Frood Rd.
Police say a 50-year-old man was behind the wheel. Officers found evidence he was impaired.
The man is charged with impaired driving and having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.
