A man was beaten up at the transit terminal in downtown Sudbury when he refused to let two people use his cell phone.
Police have charged two Greater Sudbury men, 23 and 24-years-old with assault and breach of probation.
The incident happened Feb. 24 just after midnight. The victim did not require medical attention.
