On July 9, Greater Sudbury Police charged Rudolph Fleischman, 60, of York Street in Sudbury with possession of child pornography.
Following an investigation that started in June, search warrants resulted in the seizure of Fleischman?s computer equipment. Further investigation revealed images deemed by the police to be child pornography.
Fleischman has been released on a promise to appear in court July 28.
