Police went into the bush early Tuesday afternoon to hunt for a suspect wanted in a domestic incident the day before.

After a half hour search officers made an arrest.

Jason Robinson, 21, faces a charge of criminal harassment, two counts of breach of probation and one count of breach of recognizance.

Around 12:30 pm on Tuesday, police received information a man they were looking for was in the Centennial Drive area.

When officers arrived a suspect bolted from the rear of the home into the nearby bush.

OPP were called in and assisted with a canine unit and a helicopter.

Robinson had been charged several months ago with assault.
