Update: Police locate missing 14-year-old

The Ontario Provincial Police announced through Twitter Saturday at 10:20 a.m. that the 14-year-old had been located safe.

The OPP is asking for the public's assistance to locate a 14-year-old.

The teen boy was last seen travelling on foot Friday, Nov. 15 in the Espanola area.

He is described as 5-3, with a slim build, light brown, wavy hair, glasses, and wearing a black parka jacket, beige hoodie and red and grey backpack.

A photo of him was not provided by police, but we have requested one.

Police and family members are concerned for the boy's well-being.
