Update: Police locate missing woman

Jocelyn Elliott has been located and has been in contact with her concerned family.

The Greater Sudbury Police Service thanks the public for their assistance in locating her. 

Original Story

The Greater Sudbury Police Service has requested the public's assistance in locating 25-year-old Jocelyn Elliott, last seen Dec. 25.

Elliott is described as an Indigenous woman, 5-4, between 120-140 pounds, with straight long brown hair and brown eyes. 

She has a tattoo on her left shoulder of roses and another of footprints on the front of her shoulder. 

There is a concern for her well-being as it is out of the ordinary for her to not communicate with family. 

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 705-675-9171 or Crime Stoppers at 705-222-TIPS, online or by texting TIPSUD and the information to CRIMES (274637).
