Murder suspect arrested

A second suspect has been arrested in Toronto in connection with the murder last fall of a former Sudbury man in Hamilton. The 22-year-old suspect was arrested at Toronto?s Don jail last week. He was in custody awaiting trial on unrelated charges.

Ryan McDonald, 26, was stabbed in a house invasion last November. Hamilton Police believe the crime was drug-related, but say McDonald was an innocent victim. McDonald?s mother and stepfather live in Markstay. Police arrested another man earlier this month in connection with the murder.
