No charges will be laid after a fatal collision on Highway 69 in Greater Sudbury earlier this month, the OPP have concluded after an investigation.

At around 9 a.m. March 16, the driver of a Kia Spectra traveling northbound on Henri Street was attempting to cross Highway 69 when he was struck by a Ford Focus traveling eastbound on Highway 69.

The driver of the Kia, 76-year-old Aiden Reddy of Sudbury, was transported to hospital where he later died of his injuries.

The OPP has concluded its investigation and no charges will be laid.
