What appeared, in photos, to be a head-on collision between pickup truck and a school bus late yesterday afternoon on Big Nickel Mine Road is still under investigation, Greater Sudbury Police said today.
However, Sudbury.com was told by police that there were no injuries from the crash, and they confirmed that the school bus was empty of all but the driver at the time of the collision.
Greater Sudbury police and fire were on the scene of the crash, which occurred about 4:30 p.m. yesterday.
GSPS spokesperson Kaitlyn Dunn said the crash is still under investigation and there's no word on whether charges will be laid.
