A 37-year-old man from Elliot Lake was charged with driving while under suspension and driving without a valid permit on April 12.
Espanola OPP stopped a vehicle on Highway 17 in he township of Sables-Spanish River at around 3:30 p.m. on April 12.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the driver was under suspension and that the vehicle he was operating had an expired validation sticker.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola to answer to the charges, on June 9.
