Police were dispatched to the New Sudbury Shopping Centre on Sept. 11 at 10:45 am in regards to a weapon's complaint.
Witnesses had observed individuals in the mall parking lot with what they believed was a pellet gun.
The gun was being shot with no regard for public safety, said a news release.
Officers located the vehicle and the accused. Two pellet guns were seized and a small amount of cannabis was found.
One adult and three young people face charges of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession of a controlled substance and breach of probation.
There were no injuries reported.
