One man was killed and two other people were injured after an SUV rolled on The Kingsway March 31.
Names have been withheld pending notification of next of kin.
At around 9:44 pm, the vehicle was speeding westbound on The Kingsway near Third Avenue. The driver lost control and the vehicle rolled several times, coming to rest on the south shoulder of the road.
A man and a woman were ejected from the SUV, resulting in the man being killed and the woman receiving serious injuries.
Another man was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
Shortly before the collision, at around 9:41 pm, police received a complaint saying the same vehicle was driving erratically southbound on Barrydowne Rd.
Anyone who may have witnessed either of these events is asked to contact the traffic branch of the Greater Sudbury Police Service.
