OPP continue search for missing Sudbury woman after finding her abandoned vehicle

Constance (Connie) Richards, 26, was last seen Aug. 4 when it was reported she was driving erratically in the area of Fox Lake Lodge. Officers were not able to locate her vehicle at the time.

The Ontario Provincial Police continue to search for a missing Sudbury woman after they found her abandoned car parked in a gravel pit off of Fox Lake Road about 10 kilometres southwest of Cartier.

Constance (Connie) Richards, 26, was last seen Aug. 4 when it was reported she was driving erratically in the area of Fox Lake Lodge. Officers were not able to locate her vehicle at the time.

Richards is described as caucasian, 5’4” tall, weighing 120 lbs with a thin build, long brown hair and brown eyes. She has the letters KR tattooed on her right wrist, Jupiter on her left forearm, AR on her left wrist and Anthony on her right arm.

Members of the Nipissing West OPP with the assistance of the OPP Canine (K9) Unit, the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and the OPP Aviation Services-Helicopter Section are continuing the search of the area.  

Police are concerned for her well-being and are requesting the public's assistance to help locate this individual.
