OPP investigate death of nursing home resident

The Ontario Provincial Police have launched an investigation into the death of a resident at the Manitoulin Lodge in Gore Bay. Myles Patterson, 65, was hospitalized Jan. 16 and died Jan. 17.

The Ontario Provincial Police have launched an investigation into the death of a resident at the Manitoulin Lodge in Gore Bay.

Myles Patterson, 65, was hospitalized Jan. 16 and died Jan. 17.

The investigation is being conducted by members of the Manitoulin OPP detachment's crime unit under the direction of acting detective inspector Guy Faucher and the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.
