The affected vehicle has been towed and the roadway has been fully reopened, according to the OPP.

Both people who were trapped in the vehicle have been removed. There were no injuries. Expect delays on the ramp while the vehicle is removed by a tow truck.

There's been a single vehicle rollover on Highway 17 at the east ramp onto Highway 144 in the Lively area.
According to a tweet issued by the OPP at around 10:40 a.m., people are trapped in the vehicle, and the ramp is closed while they're extricated.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
