A Sudburian has been charged with break and enter and failure to comply with an undertaking after being found inside their ex’s home Feb. 12, said provincial police.
Officers were called to a home on Felix Crescent, Atikameksheng First Nation, around 4:32 a.m. and found a person from a former relationship inside the home without consent of the homeowner. The suspect was also on conditions not to be in the community.
The OPP will not release the name of the accused in order to protect the identity of the victim.
The suspect was held for bail court and will appear in court later this month.
