Police find narcotics during traffic stop

A 33-year-old man has been charged with possession of a narcotic after a routine traffic stop in the area of Lorne and Douglas Streets this morning (Sept. 16). The man was also found to be breaching his recognizance.

He is due to appear in bail court Sept. 17.
