The Government of Ontario is offering $25,000 reward for information regarding a fatal crash in July 2005 that took the life of Kimberly Onacia, 40, and Brian Dugas, 37, both from Sudbury.

Melanie Savord, 15, from North Bay was also killed when a green van seen driving east in the westbound lane on Hwy. 17, causing another driver to take evasive action that police believe led to the crash.

The green van allegedly stopped when the collision occurred but drove off moments later. Police are not ruling out the possibility that the green van might be from another province and urge the public to come forward with information.
