A 30-year-old Richmond Hill man has been charged with stunt driving by the Sudbury OPP.
At around 11:10 p.m. Aug. 24, officers responded to a call about a vehicle being operated erratically and at a high rate of speed northbound on Highway 69 in the French River area.
The suspect's driver's licence has been suspended for a week, and his vehicle has also been impounded for a week.
He is due to appear in court in Sudbury Oct. 3.
