A second twelve year old male responsible for a garbage bin fire located at 99 Dow Drive, Copper Cliff has been arrested and charged with arson.
Investigation by police revealed that the accused, along with the youth arrested last week were responsible for setting a bin fire which eventually spread to wooden fence.
The names of the two accused cannot be released under the terms of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
