Sudbury man charged with impaired on Highway 400

A 42-year-old man from Sudbury faces impaired driving charges after he was pulled over by provincial police on Highway 400 on July 4.

Officers stopped the vehicle after they suspected the driver might be impaired. After speaking with the driver, he was arrested and taken to the West Parry Sound OPP detachment for further testing.

He was released and is scheduled to appear in court in Parry Sound on Aug. 19. His licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
