Greater Sudbury Police have arrested three men they sought as suspects involved with a hostage/robbery last week on Old Wanup Road.
An elderly woman let one man into her home when he asked for directions. Another man quickly entered the home. She was tied her up while they stole money, credit cards and jewelry.
Larry Swanson, of Sudbury, 34, has been charged with possession, use and theft of a credit card, one count each, unlawfully in a dwelling house, possession of property obtained by crime, robbery and forcible confinement. Swanson remains in custody.
The suspected driver, Darrell Bushey, of Sudbury, 26, has been charged with possession of stolen property, unlawfully in a dwelling house, robbery and
forcible confinement. Bushey has been released on bail.
Robert Bisschops, 30, of Sudbury, is in custody and will be sent to bail court. Bisschops is charged with possession of stolen property, unlawfully dwelling house, robbery and forcible confinement.
