The Greater Sudbury Police Service investigated a motor vehicle collision between a train and a car at the intersection of Auger Street and Lasalle Boulevard on May 7.
The 20-year-old male driver suffered a minor ankle injury and was released after being treated at the hospital.
He has been charged with careless driving. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
