Greater Sudbury Police reported two overnight collisions resulting in injuries in different areas of the city.
At 9:23 p.m. last night, police said there was a serious collision on Municipal Road 55 close to the bypass ramps to Highway 17. One of the involved drivers was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The collision scene was fully cleared up by around 11:40 p.m.
At 10:10 p.m., The Kingsway near Second Avenue was partially blocked due to a collision involving three vehicles. Two of the vehicles' occupants were brought to hospital, although police tweeted the extent of their injuries was unknown. The Kingsway collision scene was cleared by just before 11 p.m.
