Wanted Wednesday: Police searching for man who allegedly stole and cashed multiple cheques

Kenneth Davis is believed to be in the Sudbury area 

The Greater Sudbury Police Service has outstanding warrants for the arrest of 56-year-old Kenneth Davis.

It is alleged that on multiple occasions Davis was in possession of stolen cheques which were cashed.

On July 27, 2019, Davis was in possession of stolen cheques that he had made out to himself and cashed. On July 20, Davis processed a stolen cheque for cash.

Davis also allegedly had a cheque in his possession on April 19 that was made out to another party; that cheque had also been stolen and cashed by Davis.
Davis was on court-ordered conditions at the time of some of these incidents. 

Kenneth Davis is believed to be in the Sudbury area. 

He is wanted for:

  • Fraud under $5,000 (three counts)
  • Possess Property Obtained by Crime (two counts)
  • Utter Forged Documents
  • Breach of Probation (two counts)
