A Whitefish woman has been charged with assault after a family dispute in the Nairn Centre area Sept. 5.
The Manitoulin OPP were called to the seasonal residence on Baker Street in the Township of Nairn & Hyman at 2:37 a.m.
The 32-year-old woman was charged with assault, contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code (CC).
She was released on an undertaking, and is scheduled to appear in court in Espanola Nov. 2.
