A 55-year-old Sudbury woman is facing charges of theft, assault, breach of recognizance and breach of probation after she walked into a LCBO store while intoxicated and attempted to steal a bottle of Glenfiddich Scotch worth $25.
The woman was apprehended by store security, and resisted arrest by kicking and spitting at the security guards.
She is being held for bail court.
