Residents of Walter Street in Coniston had not one furry visitor, but three this past weekend.
Walter resident Jennifer McLardie snapped the above photo of a mother bear and her two cubs hanging out in a tree on Saturday. McLardie said it was the third visit that day and the bear family spent three hours in the tree after being chased up by a neighbourhood dog.
The bears eventually left on their own.
