The Golden Shield volleyball squads had
impressive showings last weekend, with both teams winning both
of their games over Trent University and Fleming College. The
mens' and womens' teams thumped Trent 3-0 respectively. Against
Fleming, the women won 3-0, while the men won 3-1.
Laura Fowler lead the way for the women
against Fleming with 15 kills and three blocks for 17 points,
while Adam Lalonde led the men with 13 kills and four service
aces for 17 points.
