The Pack return to the Den in a double-header weekend with matchups against the Brantford Bulldogs on Friday and the Kitchener Rangers on Saturday. Both games are set for a 7:05 p.m. puck-drop.

Following a successful week, the Pack take five of six points against rivals the Barrie Colts, North Bay Battalion, and the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds.

The Sudbury Wolves now hold a record of 18-11-3-2, which is good to solidify first place in the Eastern Conference.

The Pack saw major contributions across the lineup, grabbing a point in Barrie and two big wins

including an 8-4 win over the North Bay Battalion and a 5-1 win against the Greyhounds. Wolves forward and 2024 NHL Draft prospect Kieron Walton recorded his first career OHL hat-trick in the win against the Battalion.

Sudbury travelled to the Soo the following day, with Marcus Vandenberg having a strong showing stopping 33 of 34 Greyhounds shots, leading the Wolves to a 5-1 win and earning OHL December goaltender of the month.

Blueliner Nick DeAngelis continues his point streak to 17 games as he also recorded two goals, 13 assists, and 15 points to earn OHL December defenceman of the month and named to the CHL Team of the Month for December.

The Brantford Bulldogs enter this week leading the East Division with a 17-10-6-1 record. They are led offensively by Chicago Blackhawks prospect Nick Lardis, who’s notched 42 points in 33 games this season. Rookie Jake O’Brien has been a star for the Bulldogs, being second in rookie scoring with 28 points in 27 games.
