The Sudbury Wolves will open up their 2017 training camp on Thursday Aug. 31 at noon.

Approximately 50 players will arrive in Greater Sudbury in hopes of cracking the team's roster for the upcoming season.

The 48-hour camp will see the players divided into three teams where they will participate in a number of on and off ice exercises. The camp will wrap up on Saturday Sept. 2 at 9 a.m. with the annual Blue and White game.

All on-ice scrimmages will be open to the public and free of charge.

Scrimmage times are as follows:

  • Friday Sept. 1 – 9 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m.
  • Saturday Sept. 2 – 9 a.m. (Blue and White Game)

Following training camp, the Wolves will host three exhibition games before wrapping up the pre-season on the road in Sault Ste. Marie on Sunday Sept. 17th.
