The Lady Vees indoor track team travelled to
Toronto to compete in the 35th Annual York Classic Indoor Track
meet, held last week.
Only two athletes competed for the Lady Vees
and both faired very well.
Caitlin Tino competed in the women's
1,000-metre event finishing in fifth place with a time of
3:16.84.
Lindsy McNicholl competed in the women's
3,000-m event finishing second with a time of 11:25.38.
The Lady Vees are back on the track Friday
Feb. 17th in Toronto as they compete in the University of
Toronto Hal Brown Memorial.
