For just the second time all season, the Kal Tire Sudbury Junior Wolves have been bumped out of the penthouse of the NOJHL standings.

Abitibi passed them this past weekend by one point, but Sudbury has played five less games. The Junior Wolves are in second spot with a record of 17-7-0-2. Sudbury is  in action tonight against the Soo Indians and looking for a little revenge. The Indians dumped Sudbury 6-2 this past Saturday. Game time at the McClelland Arena in Copper Cliff is 7:30 pm.

The team has added some muscle and experience by bringing back defenceman Brodie Wilson. The 20-year-old is known for his toughness and no-nonsense play.

"Brodie is going to be counted on to provide leadership and toughness," said head coach Tom Faganely. "He adds a lot of character and will be a good influence in the dressing room."

Wilson is a six-foot, 200-pound player and had two goals, 19 points and 150 penalty minutes in 38 games last season with Sudbury. Wilson had six points and 18 penalty minutes in his first three games. He will also fill the void left on defence by Matt Pelland, who has gone to play for Rayside-Balfour in the Great North Midget League.
