Sudbury native Karen Cowling won the women's division of the
recent London Life Marathon in London.
The marathon was the showcase event for the Forest City Road
Races.
Cowling finished the 42.2-kilometre run in 3:01:52, which
also placed her thirteenth overall.
Cowling took home $1,500 for her efforts.
